Here I will brief a number of user research that I conducted and collabrated.
VideoPass - Usability Test
The purpose is to evaluate the design of genre browsing.
2 Japanese and 6 Taiwanese were invited to help us to investigate the usability problems.

VideoPass - User Interview
The purpose is to explore user pain points and needs by other video streaming service’s use at early stage.
The interview were mainly conducted by iid Design Agency. We collaborated with the Japanese researchers along with the process.

MPT - User Interview
Cultural differences is always the main concern when we try to solve the problems for the emerging market country.
In the MPT project, initially, we invited 4 Burmese to help us to understand the local needs and evaluate the design with their experiences.
